اجزاء:
آلو(چوکور کٹے ہوئے)۔۔1/2 کلو
لہسن(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
شملہ مرچ(چوکور کٹی ہوئی)۔۔ایک پیالی
فرنچ بینز(چھوٹی کٹی ہوئی)۔۔ایک پیالی
پھول گوبی(پھول توڑلیں)۔۔ایک عدد
گاجر(گول کٹی ہوئی)۔۔3 عدد
سویا (چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔ایک گڈی
مکھن۔۔ ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
نمک۔۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
سرسوں کا تیل۔۔۔حسب ضرورت
کشمیرمرچیں۔۔۔ سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

آلوں کو ابال لیں۔ تیل کو گرم کر کے لہسن سنہری کرلیں۔ اس میں آلو ملا کر تھوڑا سا تل لیں۔ اس میں شملہ مرچ، فرینچ بینز، پھول گوبی، گاجر، لال مرچ اور نمک ملائیں۔ سبزیاں گل جائے تو سویا اور مکھن ملا کر ڈش مین نکال لیں۔ اسے کشمیری مرچوں سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
