ہری مرچیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین عدد
پودینہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چوتھائی گڈی
لال شملہ مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

آلؤں کو چھیل کر گولائی میں قتلے کاٹ لیں۔کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے انہیں سنہری تل کر نکال لیں۔بلینڈر میں قیمہ،پیاز،شملہ مرچ،ہری مرچیں،پودینہ،اجمودہ،کالی مرچ،انڈہ،ٹماٹر اور نمک یکجان کر لیں۔اوون کی ٹرے میں تلے ہوئے آلو رکھیں،ان کے اوپر ایک،ایک کھانے کا چمچہ قیمہ رکھ دیں۔ٹرے کو پہلے سے گرم اوون میں دو سو ڈگری پر دس منٹ تک پکا کر نکال لیں۔مزیدار آلوؤں کو زیتون سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
