Peach Cobbler Recipe
Peach Cobbler is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Desserts Recipes
Add butter and both sugar in a sauce pan over medium high heat . cook until sugar is dissolve and butter is melted. Now add white drink, cinnamon powder, nut meg, mix well. Mix corn flour in 3 tbsp of water . when white drink is boiling add corn flour and cook until thick. Add lemon juice and vanilla essence.
Assemble the peaches in oven proof tray and add this syrup in peaches.
Combine all dry ingredients and butter in a mixing bowl. Mix with your figure tips, make like crumble. Make well in center of the dough add milk and mix together. Cover the batter let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
In separate bowl add 2 tsp of sugar and ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder and stir well.
After 15 minutes do not stir the batter and pour on peaches , do not spread. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of the dough.
Put in to pre heat oven about 180 degree C for about 30 minutes or until batter is golden brown .
Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy.
