it looks nice, it tastes wonderful if cooked perfectly with right spices. We make gobhi aloo, gobhi gosht and gobhi with other vegetables and it tastes great. This one recipe looks amazing that's why I spotted to make it for the dinner tonight.

Curry is a form of food prepared with meat, vegetables or rice cooked mainly in Pakistan and India. A curry recipe particularly uses combination of herbs or spices mixed with some water in order to achieve the desired taste.

Pakistani curry recipes make use of turmeric powder, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander (seeds or leaves), bay leaves, nutmeg and mace and so on. Red and green chillies are also part of most of the curry dishes. Some dishes are based on black pepper either in the form of black peppercorns or black pepper powder.

Curries are both dry and wet. Dry curry foods are cooked using very little amount of water which is also evaporated during cooking. And finally only the dish ingredients remain along the spices. Wet curry recipes contain large amount of water and other liquids including sauces, yogurt, milk, cream, puree or water.
