Ingredients :

Mutton ……..1 Kilo
• Palak ………2 Gathi
• Payaz ……..2 Darmayani
• Nemak ……1 Tea spoon
• Zeera ……1 table spoon
• Lehson ……..1 table spoon
• Adrak …….1 table spoon
• Dhanya ……..2 table spoon
• Qusoor mathi ……2 table spoon
Chilli powder ………2 table spoon
• Haldi …..Adha Tea spoon
• Tail …..1/3 Cup
• Dahi ……….2 Cup
• Hari Mirch ……6 Adad
Method :


• Tail garam kr ky is mai payaz aur adrak lehson fry kr lain.
• Ab is main lal mirch , haldi aur mutton dal kr 15 mints tk fry krain.
• Is k baad nemak , zeera , dhanya aur 3 cup pani shamil kr ky ubal any per 45 mints tk pakain.
• Palak ko steam main 5 mints pakar bareek pees lain.
• Dahi aur methi ko gosht main shamil kr ky pani khushk krain.
• Akhir main palak dal kr mazeed 5 mint tk paka kr utar lain.
• Phr usy achi c dish main nikal kr garam garam serve krain.
