Kata Kat Recipe in Roman Urdu / Hindi
Ingredients :

Dil, Gurda, Phaipra, Kaleji ½ kg
Namak Hasb e Zaiqa
Laal mirch kuti hoi 1khany ka chamcha
Adrak, lehsan paste 1 khanay ka chamcha
Tamatar (chop kiye hoye) 2 adad
Dahi 2 adad
Adrak bareek kati hoi 1 khanay ka chamach
Zeera 1 chaye ka chamach
Garm Masala Powder 1 chaye ka chamach
Dhaniya powder ½ chaye ka chamach
Hara Dhaniya 1 cup
Hari mirchain kaat lain 4 adad
Tail 1 cup
Method :

Frying pan main tail garm kar k is main zeera, adrak, lehsan ka paste aur dahi daal kar bhonain. Is k baad kuti laal mirch, namak, dil, gurda, phaipra aur kaleeji wagaira daal dain. 3 minute k liye dhak dain. Ab is main dhaniya powder aur tamatar daal kar bhoon kar tamatar gala lain. Is k baad garm masala powder, adrak, hari mirchain aur hara dhaniya daal kar 2-3 minute dam dain. Mazedar Panjabi kata kat taiyar hai. Serving dish main nikal kar garm garm serve karain.
