بیڑکے اجزائ

خشک دودھ........ 2کھانے کے چمچے
تازہ دودھ ........1/4کپ
بیکنگ پاﺅڈر .........1/4چائے کا چمچہ
ہاٹ ڈوگ بن .......3عدد
مایونیزٍ ........ 4کھانے کے چمچے
سلاد پتے حسب ضرورت
سلائس کیاہو ا ٹماٹر...... 1عدد
سلائس کیا ہوا کھیرا ....... 1عدد
رنگز میں کٹی پیاز ..........1عدد

ترکیب:

2عدد چکن بریسٹ بون لیس کو فنگرز میں کاٹ کر 1/2چائے کا چمچہ نمک ، 1/2چائے کا چمچہ کالی مرچ ، 1چائے کا چمچہ ایچ پی سوس اور 1کھانے کا چمچہ کیچپ کے ساتھ 30منٹ کے لیے میری نیٹ کرلیں
اب انھیں تیار کیے ہوئے بیٹر میں ڈپ کرکے لائٹ گولڈن ہونے تک ڈیپ فرائی کریں اور نکال لیں ۔
پھر 3عددہاٹ ڈوگ بن کو کاٹ کر اُن پر 4کھانے کے چمچے مایونیز لگائیں اور اوپر فرائی کی ہوئی چکن کو 1عدد سلائس کیا ہوا ٹماٹر، 1عدد سلائس کیا ہوا کھیرا ، 1عدد رنگز میں کٹی پیاز اور حسب ضرورت سلاد پتے رکھیں
