اجزاء:
میٹھی ٹکیاں آج کل سب ہی گھروں میں بنا رہے ہوں گے۔ کچھ خواتین کو یہ شکایت ہوتی ہے کہ ان کی ٹکیاں خستہ اور ذائقہ دار نہیں بنتی تو کچھ خواتین کی ٹکیاں آئل میں فرائی کرتے وقت ٹوٹ جاتی ہیں۔ اگر آپ چاہتی ہیں کہ اس دفعہ آپ کی ٹکیاں مزیدار اور خستہ بنیں تو بس زبیدہ آپا کی بتائی گئی یہ آزمودہ ٹپ آپ بھی استعمال کریں اور بنائیں بہترین ٹکیاں۔

ترکیب:

٭ سب سے پہلے الائچی اور گُڑ کو پیس لیں کہ پاؤڈر تیار ہو جائے۔
٭ پھر دو کپ میدے کو ایک برتن میں ڈالیں۔ اس میں ایک کپ پسی ہوئی چینی، گھی، ایک کپ سوجی، دو چمچ دہی اور سفید تل ڈال کراسے ہاتھوں سے اچھی مکس کریں۔
٭ پھر اس میں تھوڑا سا دودھ ڈالیں، باریک پسے ہوئے پستے اور بادام ملا کر اچھی طرح سخت آٹا گوندھیں۔
٭ پھر اس کو ڈھک کر 15 منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں لیکن فریج میں نہ رکھیں۔
٭ اب اس آٹے کی بڑی روٹی بنائیں اور کسی ڈھکن کی مدد سے گول ٹکیاں کاٹ لیں۔
٭ ایک تھالی میں بیکنگ پاؤڈر ڈال کر رکھیں اور ان ٹکیوں کو بیکنگ پاؤڈر میں رکھ لیں۔
٭ اب کڑاھی میں گھی ڈالیں اور ان ٹکیوں کو ہلکی آنچ پر فرائی کرلیں۔
٭ لیجیئے بن گئی زبیدہ آپا کی طرح بتائی گئی میٹھی ٹکیاں۔
٭ اب ان پر باریک پسا ہوا کھوپرا ڈال کر سروو کردیں۔
