How to Make Beef Pasanda
|
Ingredients:
- Beef Pasande: 1 kg
- Crushed Onions: 3 big
- Thin Sliced Onions: 3 big
- Yogurt: 2 cups
- Oil: 1/2 cup
- Desi Ghee: 2 tbsp (optional)
- Red Pepper Powder: 2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder: 2 tbsp
- Water: as required
- Chopped Green Coriander: 1 tbsp
- Salt: as required
- Crushed Ginger: 1-1/2 tsp
- Ground Garlic: 2 tbsp
- Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
- Big Cardamom: 2 pcs
- Small Cardamom: 7 pcs
- Black Peppercorns: 15 pcs
- Cloves: 5 pcs
- Cinnamon Sticks: 2 pcs

Method |
- Mix crushed onions, red pepper, coriander powder, salt, garlic paste,
big and small cardamoms, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon and cumin
together.
- Heat oil in pan and fry thin sliced onion until golden brown. Once
browned, grind it well.
- Now roast spices mixture in the same oil in which you fried onions. Once
onion water dries out, roast spices well. Then add pasanday, mix well and
fry.
- When meat water is dried and oil begins to appear, add one glass water.
- When yogurt water is dried, roast well until oil appears.
- Now add ginger slices, fried crushed onions, desi ghee and mix well.
- Add one glass water and cook at fast flame.
- When it comes to boil, lower the flame and steam-cook (dam) for 5
minutes.
- Delicious beef pasanda recipe is ready to enjoy.
- Sprinkle green coriander and serve.
