Add salt, ground ginger garlic, crushed red chili, turmeric powder and white cumin seeds to minced meat and cook on medium flame until water of meat dries up.


Soak bread slices one by one in water for 4 to 5 seconds.

Place one tablespoon minced meat between slices and press and form like a roll. Store in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Filling Masala (Spices): 1 cup
  • Cooking Oil: For frying
