How to Make Chicken Shashlik Recipe (Translated)


Chicken Ingredients:

  • Cubed Chicken Pieces: 1/2 kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard Paste: 2 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • White Vinegar: 2 tbsp
  • Tomato (cut in cubes): 2 pcs
  • Capsicum (cut in cubes): 2 pcs
  • Onion (cut in cubes): 2 pcs
  • Oil: for frying


Sauce Ingredients:

  • Tomato Ketchup: 1 bowl
  • Chicken Stock: 1 bowl
  • Chili Sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Food Coloring: 1 tbsps
  • Corn Flour: 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Pepper: 1 tsp
  • Chopped Garlic: 1 tsp
  • Chopped Green Chilies: 1 tsp
  • White Vinegar: 2 tbsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp


  1. Apply all ingredients on chicken and store aside for 1 hour.
  2. Thread one capsicum piece, one onion piece, one tomato piece and one chicken on a wooden skewer and repeat the
    process. Prepare all skewer sticks similarly.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook skewers from all sides.
  4. Cook all sauce ingredients in a pan until it becomes thick.
  5. Transfer in a serving dish.
  6. Chicken Shaslicks is ready to eat!
  7. Serve with fried rice and shashlik sauce.
