Crispy Fried Fish Recipe in English |
Ingredients:- Fish: 1 kg
- Salt: as per taste
- Crushed Red Pepper: 2 tablespoons
- Dried Mango Powder: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon: 2 to 3 pcs
- Crushed Garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Chaat Masala: 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Roasted Ground Cumin: 1 tablespoon
- Roasted Ground Coriander: 1 tablespoon
- Oil: for frying

Method- Mix salt, crushed red pepper, dried mango powder, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chaat masala, turmeric powder, ground cumin seeds and ground coriander and mix together.
Marinate pieces of fish in this mixture and store aside for 2 hours. - Heat oil in pan well and deep fry all pieces of fish at medium flame.
NOTE: If fish is not fried fully from one side, do not fry it from other side. Reverting it repeatedly will break it and lose spices which it was marinated with. |
