- 1\2 tsp. pepper
- 2 1\2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
How to make Yogurt And Cucumber Salad

METHOD:

Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut each into half lengthwise, then slice them crosswise.

Add garlic, salt and pepper to yogurt and whisk. Add cucumbers to the yogurt and mix. Sprinkle chopped mint on top to decorate.
