مچھلی کے اجزاء
مچھلی کے ٹکڑے-------------- (فلے) 2/1کلو
لیموں کا رس----------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
اوریگانو----------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
تلسی کے پتے----------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
ثابت کالی مرچیں------------ 10عدد
لہسن------------------ (چوپ کئے ہوئے) 3جوے
نمک------------- حسبِ ذائقہ

ساس کے اجزاء
لسہن---------- (چوپ کئے ہوئے) 6 جوے
پیاز----------(چوپ کی ہوئی) ایک عدد
ٹماٹر پیوری------------- 2پیالی
ٹماٹو کیچپ------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
تیل------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں مچھلی کے اجزاءملا کر 2/1گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں، اس میں لہسن اور پیاز سنہری کرکے ساس کے باقی اجزاءڈالیں اور گاڑھا ہونے تک پکائیں اس میں مچھلی شامل کریں، ڈھکن ڈھانک کر مچھلی گلنے تک پکائیں اور ڈش میں نکال لیں۔
