چٹ پٹی مرغی ۔۔ ایک پیالی
ٹماٹر ۔۔ ایک پیالی
ٹماٹر ۔۔ ایک پیالی
پالک ۔۔ دو پیالی
تازہ ۔۔ دوپیالی
تازہ کریم ۔۔ ایک کریم
انڈے ۔۔ 6-8 عدد

فلنگ کے لئے:
ہری مرچ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
نمک کالی مرچ ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ

سلاد:
راکٹ/ سلاد پتہ ۔۔ دو پیالی
مالٹا ۔۔ دو سے تیم عدد

فلنگ کے لئے:
زیتون کا تیل ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
نمک کالی مرچ ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ

ترکیب:

میدے میں نمک اور مکھن اچھی مس کر لیں اور پانی سے گوندھ لیں۔ میدے کو بیل کر اتنی بڑی روٹی بنائیں کہ پین پر پھیل جائے۔ پھر اسے آدھا گھنٹے کے لئے ٹھنڈا ہونے تک فرج میں رکھ دیں۔ میدے پر کچھ وزن رکھ دیں۔ (کاغز چاول یا لوبیا) تاکہ روٹی پف نہ کرے۔ پین کو پہلے سے 180 سیٹی گریڈ پر گرم اوون میں کناروں کے سنہرا ہونے تک بیک کریں اور پھر ٹھنڈا کرلیں۔ فلنگ کے اجزاء کو ایک پیالے میں اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور سینکے ہوئے میدے کے شیل پر ڈال دیں۔ 180 سینٹی پر پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 20-25 منٹ تک بیک کرلیں۔ جب کیش اوپر سے سنہرا ہوجائے تو اوون سے نکال لیں اور سلائس کاٹ کر سلاد کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
