سوشی چاول(ابال لیں) تین کپ
مچھلی کے قتلے دو عدد(کھال اور کانٹے الگ کر کے اسٹیم بوائل کر لیں)
انڈے تین عدد
ہری پیاز(ہرا حصہ) کپ(ٹکڑے کٹے ہوئے)
یخنی ایک کپ
کھیرا دو عدد(چھلکا اور بیج نکال کر لمبے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں)
سرکہ دو کھانے کے چمچے
سویا سوس ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
شکر تین چائے کے چمچے
لال اور ہری شملہ مرچ 1-1عدد
تیل حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

سوس پین میں تیل گرم کرکے مچھلی کے سلائس ڈال کر فرائی کر یں اب اس میں یخنی،سرکہ، سویا سوس اور 2چائے کے چمچے شکر ڈال کر پکائیں۔ اس کے بعد اس میں ہری پیاز اور شملہ مرچیں ڈال کر پکائیں۔کھیرا، شکر اور انڈے ڈال کرمکس کر یں اور کھیرے کی رنگت تبدیل ہونے اور اس کے نرم ہونے تک پکائیں۔ سرونگ ڈش میں پکے ہوئے سوشی چاول خوبصورتی سے سیٹ کر کے اس میں تیار کیا ہوا آمیزہ ڈال کر گرم گرم سرو کر یں۔
