اجزاء:
مرغی ------------------- (بغیر ہڈی کی بوٹیاں) 20گرام
تیار باربی کیو مصالھہ --- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس ------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
پِسا ہوا لہسن -------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ ------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک --------------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل ---------------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
رول کے اجزاء:
رول کی پیٹیاں ----------- حسبِ ضرورت
شملہ مرچ --------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
ٹماٹر -------------------- ایک عدد
کھمبی ------------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) 2/1پیالی
کالے زیتون ------------- (باریک کٹے ہوئے) 2/1پیالی
پیزا سلائس -------------- 1پیالی
موزریلا پنیر ------------- (کدوکش) 400گرام
پیاز،ٹماٹر، سلاد پتے، لیموں کے قتلے سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں تیل کے علاوہ مرغی کے تمام اجزاءملائین۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور مرغی کو رنگ تبدیل ہونے تک پکا کر اُتار لیں۔ رول کی پٹی پر پیزا ساس کی تہہ لگائیں، اس پر ای جانب شملہ مرچ، ٹماٹر ، کھمبی ،زیتون اور مرغی کا تھوڑا سا آمیزہ رکھیں، اس پر پنیر ڈال کر لپیٹیں اور کناروں سے دبادیں۔ اس عمل کو دہراتے ہوئے پاقی آمیزے کے بھی رولز تیار کریں۔ انہین اوون کی ٹرے پر رکھ کر پہلے سے گرم اون میں 200ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 20منٹ تک پکائیں۔ مزیدار رولز پیاز، ٹماٹر ، سلاد پتے او ر لیموں سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
