کالی مرچ--------------------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
لال مرچ---------------------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک-------------------------------- حسبِ ذوق
ہری مرچ--------------------------- 6-7عدد
ہرا دھنیا---------------------------- 1/2گھٹی
املی کا پیسٹ----------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
مونگ پھلی------------------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
پستہ------------------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
انڈے------------------------------- 2عدد
بریڈکرمبز-------------------------- 1کپ

ترکیب:

2کھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کرکے پیاز فرائی کریں۔
پھر اس میں قیمہ ، لہسن اور ادرک شامل کرکے بھون لیں۔
ساتھ ہی حسبِ ضرورت پانی ڈال کر قیمے کو گلائیں اور پانی خشک کریں۔
آلو میں کالی مرچ، لال مرچ،نمک، ہری مرچ،ہرا دھنیا، املی کا پیسٹ، مونگ پھلی اور پستہ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔
اب مکسچرکو قیمے میں مکس کرکے کباب بنائیں اور انڈہ لگا کر بریڈ کرمبز سے کوٹ کردیں۔
گرم تیل میں فرائی کرکے سرو کریں۔
