گائے کا قیمہ------------------ 2/1کلو
پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک----------------- 2 کھانے کے چمچے
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ -----------------------ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پسا ہوا گرم مصالحہ------------------ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کچری پاﺅڈر---------------------- 2چائے کا چمچہ
کٹا ہوا سفید زیرہ------------------ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
انڈہ---------------------- ایک عدد
پیاز----------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) 2عدد
پیاز-------------------- (لچھے کٹے ہوئے) ایک عدد
ہری مرچیں------------------ (باریک کٹی ہوئی) 6عدد
ہرا دھنیا------------------ 4/1گڈی+چھڑکنے کے لئے
سوکھی لمبی لال مرچیں------------------ (بیچ سے کٹی ہوئی) 6عدد
نمک----------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل---------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

چوپر میں قیمہ ، لہسن ادرک، لال مرچ، گرم مصالحہ ، کچری ، زیرہ ، انڈہ ، باریک کٹی ہوئی پیاز ، ہری مرچیں،ہرا دھنیا اور نمک ملا کر یکجان کرلیں۔ اس آمیزے کے لمبوترے یا گول کباب بنالیں۔ دیگچی میں ایک پیالی پانی ابالیں، اس میں کباب رکھیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر ڈھکن ڈھانک کر پکائیں۔ساس پین میں تیل گرم کریں، اس میں لچھے دار پیاز اور لال مرچیں ہلکی تلیں۔ اس پر کباب رکھیں اور ڈھکن ڈھانک کر دم پر رکھ دیں۔ مزیدار کبابوں پر ہرا دھنیا چھڑکیںاور گرما گرم پیش کریں۔
