لہسن-------------------------------------------- (چوپ کیا ہوا) ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
سویا سوس--------------------------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
لیموںکا رس------------------------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
براﺅن چینی-------------------------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
تلسی کے پتے----------------------------------- (چوپ کئے ہوئے) چند عدد
ہری پیاز(باریک کٹی ہوئی)---------------------- 1/2پیالی
لال مرچ کا پیسٹ-------------------------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک-------------------------------------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل---------------------------------------------- 1/4پیالی

ترکیب:

فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کرکے لہسن سنہری کرلیں۔ اس میںکھمبی اور قیمہ ڈال کر رنگ تبدیل ہونے تک بھونیں ۔ اس میں سویا ساس، لال مرچ کا پیسٹ،لیموں کارس، براﺅن چینی اور نمک ملالیں۔ اس میں تلسی اور ہری پیاز ملا کر چولہا بند کر دیں۔ بند گوبھی کے پتے ٹھنڈے پانی میں بھگوئیں۔ انہیں خشک کرکے مرکا آمیزہ اُن کے درمیان میں رکھ کر پیش کریں۔
