لوکی----------------------------------(چھوٹی کٹی ہوئی) 2عدد
ٹماٹر----------------------------------(چوپ کئے ہوئے) 4عدد
کالے زیتون-------------------------- (باریک کٹے ہوئے) 10عدد
فیٹا پنیر------------------------------ (کدوکش) 100گرام
تلسی کے پتے----------------------- (چوپ کئے ہوئے) 10عدد
کُٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ------------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
نمک--------------------------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
زیتون کا تیل-------------------------- حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

شملہ مرچوں کو لمبائی سے 2/1کرکے بیج نکال لیں ایک پیالے میں شملہ مرچ، تیل اور پنیر کے علاوہ باقی تمام چیزیں ملا ئیں اور انہیں شملہ مرچوں میں بھر لیں۔ آخر میں پنیر کے ٹکڑے رکھیں اور زیتون کا تیل چھڑک کر شملہ مرچوں کو المونیم فوائل میں لپیٹ لیں۔ شملہ مرچوں کو بیکنگ ٹرے میں رکھ کر پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 15منٹ تک پکا کر نکال لیں۔
