میدہ ------ ایک کپ
سوجی ----- ایک کپ
گھی یا مکھن (پھیکا) ----- آدھا کپ
چینی ---- آدھا کپ
چھوٹی الائچی ----- چٹکی بھر (پسی ہوئی)
کھوپرا ----- ایک چوتھائی کپ (پسا ہوا)

ترکیب:

سب اشیاﺀ ملا کر آٹے کی طرح گوندھ لیں ہتھیلی کی مدد سے خوب اچھی طرح مسلیں سخت پیڑا بنالیں اور بیل کر موٹی روٹی کی شکل دے لیں اور پھر کٹر کی مدد سے کسی بھی شکل کی چھوٹی ٹکیاں کاٹ لیں- ہلکی آنچ پر کم تیل میں ہلکی براؤن تل لیں-
میٹھی ٹکیاں کا آٹا آپ گوندھ کر فریج میں رکھ سکتی ہیں ایک ہفتہ تک خراب نہیں ہوتا-
