گوشت کا اچاری پلاﺅ

اجزاء:
چاول-------------------- 1/2کلو
بکرے کا گوشت--------- 1کلو
تیل---------------------- حسبِ ضرورت
پیاز--------------------- حسبِ ضرورت
لہسن ادرک------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
لونگ------------------- 4عدد
بڑی الائچی------------- 2عدد
ثابت کالی مرچ---------- 6-8عدد
تیز پتہ------------------ 2عدد
زیرہ------------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
رائی------------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
کلونجی----------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
میتھی دانہ-------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
دہی-------------------- 1/2کپ
ہری مرچ-------------- 6-7عدد

ترکیب:

تیل گرم کرکے پیاز فرائی کرلیں۔پھر اس میں لہسن ادرک فرائی کریں۔
اب لونگ، بڑی الائچی،ثابت کالی مرچ،تیز پتہ ، زیرہ، رائی، کلونجی، میتھی دانہ اور دہی ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔
پھر اس میں گوشت شامل کرکے مکس کریں اوراتنا پانی ڈالیں کہ گوشت گل جائے۔
آخر میں چاول شامل کرکے گلنے تک رکھیںاور ہری مرچ ڈال کر دم پر رکھیں۔
تیار ہونے پر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
