کلونجی ۔۔ ایک چٹکی
مکھن ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہری پیاز کے پتے ۔۔ حسب زوق
ہرا دھنیا ۔۔ حسب زوق
تیل ۔۔ حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

ایک مکسنگ باؤل میں قیمہ ڈال کر کٹی لال مرچ، لال شلہ مرچ، اورنج شملہ مرچ، کارن فلور، باریک کٹی پیاز، کٹی ہری مرچ، ڈبل روٹی کا چورا، کلونجی مکھن، ہری پیاز کے پتے اور ہرا دھنیا شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔ اب سیخ پر لگا کر انگھیٹی پر سینک لیں اور برش کی مدد سے تھوڑا تھوڑا تیل لگاتے رہیں۔ تیار ہونے پر شملہ مرچ سے گارنش کر کے کلیجی، بوٹی پڑاٹھے یا سادہ روٹی،سلاد اور رائتے کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
