پیاز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد
ہری مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 12 عدد
ٹماٹر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کلو
ہرا دھنیا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا گٹھی
پانی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو گلاس

ترکیب:

مٹی کی ہانڈی میں ایک کلو گائے کا گوشت ،دو گلاس پانی ، ایک چائے اک چمچہ نمک، ایک عدد پیاز، ایک چائے کا چمچہ ہلدی اور آدھا کلو ٹماٹر ڈا ل کر آدھے گھنٹے پکائیں ۔جب گوشت گل جائے اور پانی خشک ہو جائے تو چولہا بند کر دیں ۔اب کڑاہی میں آدھا کپ تیل گرم کر کے ایک عدد ژابت لہسن کو باریک کا ٹ کر فرائی کر لیں ۔جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو شامل کر کے خوب اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔اس کے بعد آدھا گٹھی ہرا دھنیا اور بارہ عدد ہری مرچ کاٹ کر ڈالیں ۔اس کے ساتھ ہی ایک چائے کا چمچہ کالی مرچ ڈال کر دس منٹ کے لئے دَم دیں اور تیار ہونے پر سرو کریں۔
