گاجر(کدوکش)--------------------- 2/1-1پیالی
چینی------------------------------ ایک پیالی
انڈے------------------------------- 2عدد
پسی ہوئی دار چینی------------------ 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
بیکنگ پاﺅڈر------------------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
بیکنگ سوڈا-------------------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
تیل---------------------------------- 2/1پیالی
آئسنگ کے اجزائ:
کریم پنیر------------------------------ 200گرام
پسی ہوئی چینی----------------------- 125گرام
ونیلا ایسنس--------------------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
مارزی پین کی بنی ہوئی گاجریں-------- سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

میدے میںچینی ، انڈے ، تیل ، دارچینی ،بیکنگ پاﺅڈر ، بیکنگ سوڈا ور گاجر ملا کر الیکڑک بیٹر سے یکجان کرلیں۔ مفن ٹرے میں کاغذ کی پیالیاں رکھیں اور آمیزے کو چمچے کی مدد سے اس میں ڈالیں۔مٹن ٹرے کو پہلے سے گوون میں 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 15منٹ تک پکا کر نکال لیں۔آئسنگ کے اجزاءایک پیالے میں اچھی طرح سے پھینٹ لیںاور چمچے یا پائپنگ بیگ کی مدد سے کپ کیکس پر ڈالیں اور گاجروں سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
