سفید سرکہ--------------- حسبِ ضرورت
پیپریکا پاﺅڈر------------ 1چائے کا چمچہ
میدہ-------------------- 7-8کھانے کے چمچے
لال مرچ کا پیسٹ------- حسب ِ ذوق
براﺅن شوگر------------ 1/4کپ

ترکیب:

اُبلے پانی میں سفید سرکہ اور چکن ونگز ڈالیں۔
جب رنگ تبدیل ہوجائے تو پانی خشک کرکے ٹھنڈا کریں۔
سویا سوس، لال مرچ کا پیسٹ، نمک اور براﺅن شوگر کو مکس کرلیں۔
میدے میں پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیںاور چکن ونگز پر ڈالیں۔
جب میدہ کوٹ ہوجائے توبریڈ کرمبز لگائیں۔
اب پولیتھین ٹرے میں ڈالیں اور بند کرکے فریزر میں رکھیں۔
گرم تیل میں فرائی کرکے سرو کریں۔
