Crispy Fried Fish recipe is a delicious recipe that is prepared by frying the marinated fish. In Pakistan, city Lahore is best known for their crispy fried fish. It is made when finely cut pieces of fish are marinated in some spicy coating and then deep fried in hot oil leaving a crispy crunchy texture outside and juicy, tender and soft fish inside. Marination of the Crispy Fried Fish recipe includes spices like red chili, whole spice powder, coriander powder, green chili paste are mixed in gram flour. The marination time is more than an hour for Crispy fried fish recipe. Longer the marination time is, tastier the fried fish will be. Frying time is only 5 minutes as fish meat is cooked quickly. You can serve Crispy Fried Fish recipe with chili sauce, or ketchup along with French Fries.

مچھلی ------------ایک کلو، فرائی کرنے کے لیئے ٹکڑے بنوا لیں
لال مرچ پسی ہوئی --------------ایک کھانے کا چمچ یا حسبِ ذائقہ
نمک----------- حسبِ ذائقہ
پسا ہوا لہسن-------------- 2 کھانے کے چمچ
سرکہ---------- 3 سے 4 کھانے کے چمچ
اجوائن------------- ایک چائے کا چمچ باریک پاؤڈر یا پیسٹ
بیسن--------آدھا پاؤ
آئل------------ حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:
سب سے پہلے مچھلی کو نمک اور سرکہ لگا کر 15 سے 20 منٹ کے لیئے رکھ دیں اور پھر اچھی طرح دھو لیں۔اب لہسن ،اجوائن ، نمک اور مرچ کو اچھی طرح مچھلی کے ٹکڑوں پر لگا دیں۔اب ایک بڑی پلیٹ میں مصالحہ لگی مچھلی کے ٹکڑے اس طرح رکھیں کہ ٹکڑے آپس میں جڑے رہیں اب مچھلی کو کم از کم 2 گھنٹے کے لیئے فریج میں میرینیٹ ہونے کے لیئے رکھ دیں تا کہ مچھلی کا زائد پانی نکل جائے۔اب بیسن میں حسبِ ذائقہ نمک اور تھوڑی سی پسی ہوئی لال مرچ ملا کر آمیزہ بنا لیں ۔زیادہ گاڑھا آمیزہ نہ ہو۔آئل گرم کرکے مچھلی کے ٹکڑوں کو بیسن میں ڈبو کر درمیانی آنچ پر دونوں طرف سے گولڈن براؤن فرائی کرلیں۔

• Lal Mich Peese hoe 1 kahnay ka Chamcha or Hasb-e-Zaiqa
• Namak Hasb-e-Zaiqa
• Peesa Hova Lessun 2 Kahnay Ke Chamach
• Sirka 3 sy 4 Kahnay ke Chamach
• Ajwain 1 Chai ka Chamach Bareek powder ya paste
• Baisan
• Adha Pao Oil Hasb-e-Zaroorat

Banane ki tarkeeb


1. Sab sy pehly machli ko namak or sirka laga kar 15 sy 20 mint ke lia rakh den or phr achi terha dohlen.
2. Ab leshun, ajwain, namak or mirch o achi terha machli ke tukron main lagaden.
3. Ab ek bari pelait main masala lagi machli ke tukray esterha rakhen ke tukray apas main jurain rahen.
4. Ab machli ko kam az kam 2 ghantay ke lia fridge main marinate hone ke lia rakh den takay machli ka zaid pani neekal jai.
5. Ab Baisan main hasb-e-zaiqa namak or thori se peese hoe lal mirch mila kr ameezah banalen. Ziada garah ameeza na ho.
6. Oil garam kr ke machli ke turon ko baisan main daboo kr darmeeyani anch par dono taraf sy golden brown fry krlen.

Before frying a fillet of fish, let it rest on a kitchen towel for a few minutes on each side. The excess water will get absorbed and this will enhance the flavour of panfried or sauteed fish.

Fried Fish Recipe is an easy, delicious and committing. It Apply salt and vinegar on the fillet, store for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it well. Then apply garlic, salt and chili on all fish pieces. Now take a big plate, place fish pieces attached to each other. Then place the fish for minimum 2 hours in refirgerator so that additional water of the fish may drain out. Now add salt and a pinch of ground red pepper in gram flour and make a mixture. Take care that mixture should not be very thick. Now heat up the oil, dip the fish pieces and deep fry on medium flame. When they are golden brown, your fried fish is ready to eat.

finally, yes, I am so fond of all the dishes of fish. They actually attract me way too much cant think of any other food when there is fish in house. So I made fried fish that had crispy crust with soft flesh and I loved it.
