نمک----------- 1چٹکی
پانی-------------- گوندھنے کے لئے

فلنگ کے لئے:

چکن کا قیمہ----------- ایک پاﺅ
باریک کٹی پیاز--------------- ایک عدد
باریک کٹے مشروم------------- 1/2کپ
سویا سوس--------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
ادرک لہسن------------- (باریک کٹے ) ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
تیل------------ فرائی کے لئے
نمک------------- حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

2کپ میدہ، 2عدد انڈے ایک چٹکی نمک اور حسب ضرورت پانی کو ملا کر مکس کرلیں اور نرم ڈو گوندھ کر ایک طرف رکھ لیں۔فلنگ بنانے کے لئے ایک فرائی پین میں ایک کھانے کا چمچہ باریک کٹا ادرک لہسن اور ایک عددباریک کٹی پیاز شامل کرکے ایک سے دو منٹ فرائی کرلیں۔اس میں ایک پاﺅچکن کا قیمہ ڈال کر 3سے 4منٹ پکائیں۔جب چکن کا رنگ تبدیل ہونے لگے تو اس میں1/2کپ باریک کٹے مشروم، 2کھانے کے چمچے سویا سوس اور حسبِ ذائقہ نمک شامل کرکے بھونیں اور خشک آمیزہ تیار کرلیں۔پھر آمیزہ کو تیار کرلیں۔اب ڈو کو بیل لیں۔اور اس میں فلنگ کو بچھا کر رول کی طرح تیار کریں اور ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔پھر ہاتھ سے اس کے پیڑے بنالیں۔درمیانی آنچ پر تل کر گرم کریں اور پیڑوں کو ڈیپ فرائی کرکے ڈش میں نکال کر سرو کریں
