مکھن ۔۔ آدھا کپ
انڈے ۔۔ دو عدد
میدہ ۔۔ آدھا کپ
بیکنگ پاؤڈر ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

آدھا کپ چولیٹ مین مکھن ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔ پیالے میں دو انڈے ڈال کر اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں اور آہستہ آہستہ پسی چینی ڈالتے جائیں اب اس میں میدہ اور بیکنگ پاؤڈر ڈال کر اسپیچلاسے فولڈ کرلیں پھر بیکنگ کپس پر مکھن اور میدہ لگا کع تیار کیا ہوا مکسچر ڈال کر 180 ڈگری پر دس منٹ کے لئے بیک کرلیں اوون سے نکال کر چوکلیٹ سے سجا دیں۔
