لہسن ادرک پیسٹ ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر ---- ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی پاؤڈر ----- ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچیں ----- تین سے چار عدد (گول کاٹ لیں)
تیل ----- آدھا کپ
دہی ----- آدھا کپ
لیموں (رس نکال لیں) ----- ایک عدد
نمک ----- حسب ذائقہ

پنچ رنگی مصالحہ
زیرہ (کٹا ہوا) ---- ایک چائے کا چمچ
دھنیا (کٹا ہوا) ---- ایک چائے کا چمچ
میتھی دانہ (کٹا ہوا) ----- ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
کلونجی ----- ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
سونف (کوٹ لیں) ---- ایک چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

سوس پین میں تیل گرم کریں- پیاز ڈال کر فرائی کریں- پنچ رنگی مصالحہ مکس کرلیں اور اس میں سے ایک چائے کا چمچہ مصالحہ پیاز میں ڈالیں-
گوشت٬ لہسن ادرک پیسٹ٬ نمک٬ لال مرچ پاؤڈر اور ہلدی پاؤڈر اور دہی ڈال کر بھونیں-ایک کپ پانی ڈال کر ڈھک کر پکائیں کہ گوشت گل جائے-
گوشت گل جانے پر بھون کر لیموں کا رس اور ہری مرچیں ڈالیں اور سرو کریں-
