اجزاء:
مرغی کا قیمہ--------- 250گرام
پف پیسٹری کا آٹا-------------- 300گرام
پیاز -----------------(باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
انڈا------------ (پھینٹا ہوا) ایک عدد
ہری مرچیں--------------- (چوپ کی ہوئی) 3عدد
ہرا دھنیا-----------------(چوپ کیا ہوا) 1/2گڈی
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پساہوا لہسن ادرک --------------ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک-------------- حسب ِ ذائقہ
تیل------------------ 3کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

دیگچی میں تیل گرم کرکے پیاز سنہری کریں اس میں قیمہ اور لہسن ادر ڈال کر بھونیں ، پھر کالی مرچ، ہرا دھنیا، ہری مرچیں اور نمک ملا کر بھونیں اور چولہا بند کردیں پف پیسٹری کے آٹے کو بیل کر چھوٹے گول سانچے کی مدد سے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں ہر ٹکڑے کے درمیان میں تھوڑا ، تھوڑا مرغی کا آمیزہ رکھیں اور کناروں پر برش کی مدد سے انڈ ہ لگا دیں۔ انہیں بیکنگ ڈش پر رکھیں اور پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 200ڈگری سینٹی گریڈپر 25منٹ تک پکا کر نکا ل لیں۔
