اجزاء:
بون لیس چکن---------------- 2/1کلو
لہسن پاﺅڈر-------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
میدہ--------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
اوریگانو-------------- 3/1چائے کا چمچہ
بیزل---------------- 3/1چائے کا چمچہ
پسی سفید مرچ---------------- 3/1چائے کا چمچہ
پیپریکا پاﺅڈر-------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
آئسنگ شوگر--------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
انڈے کی سفیدی--------------- 2عدد
دودھ-------------- 2/1کپ
بریڈ کرمبز--------------- 1-2کپ
تیل----------- تلنے کے لئے
نمک--------------- حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

2/1کلو بون لیس چکن کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔ اب مکسنگ باﺅل میں ایک کھانے کا چمچہ میدہ،3/1 چائے کا چمچہ اوریگانو،3/1 چائے کا چمچہ بیزل، 3/1 چائے کا چمچہ پسی سفید مرچ، 2/1 چائے کا چمچہ پیپریکا پاﺅڈر، حسبِ ذائقہ نمک،ایک چائے کا چمچہ لہسن پاﺅڈراور 2/1چائے کا چمچہ آئسنگ شوگرشامل کرکے مکس کرلیں۔اس کے بعد2/1کپ دودھ اور2عددانڈے کی سفیدی کو پھینٹ لیں۔پھر1-2کپ بریڈ کرمبز کو پلیٹ پر پھیلائیں اور تیل گرم کرلیں۔اب چکن کو پہلے مکسچر سے میری نیٹ کرلیں۔پھر اسے انڈے والے بیٹر میں ڈپ کرکے بریڈ کرمبز سے کوٹ کریں اور فرائی کرلیں۔اسکے بعد نکال کرٹشو پیپر پر ڈالتے جائیں،تاکہ سارا تیل جذب ہوجائے آخ میںسلاد پتے سے گانش کرکے سرو کریں۔
