پائن ایپل ۔۔ ا125 گرام
ٹماٹر ۔۔ 125 گرام
پیاز ۔۔ 125 گرام
شملہ مرچ ۔۔ 100 گرام
ہری پیاز ۔۔ 100 گرام
ادرک ( چوپ ) دو کھانے کا چمچ
تیل ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
وائیٹ ونیگر ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
چینی ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
ٹماٹر کیچپ ۔۔ 100 گرام
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
میدہ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

چکن پائن ایپل بنانے کے لئے سب سے پہلے چکن میں میدہ اور نمک اچھی طرح مس کریں اور فرائی کر کے سائڈ پر رکھ دیں اب پین میں تیل گرم کر کے لہسن کو سوتے کرلیں پھر تمام سبزیاں ڈال کر دوبارہ فرائی کریں اب اس میں ٹماٹر کیچپ، چینی، نمک اور ونیگر شامل کردیں اور آدھا کپ پانی ڈال کر پکالیں جب پک جائے تو ڈش میں نکال کر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
