قصوری میتھی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
نمک،لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ہری چٹنی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار چائے کے چمچ
سالن مصالحہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
لہسن ادرک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
بادام پسے ہوئے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چوتھائی کپ
ٹماٹو پیوری۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ

ترکیب:

چکن قیمہ میں چوپ ہرا دھنیا،ہری مرچ،نمک،لال مرچ،ہری چٹنی ڈال کر کوفتے بنا لیں ۔اگر ضرورت لگے تو ایک چوتھائی کپ ڈبل روٹی کا چورا ڈال دیں پھر چار کھانے جکے چمچ آئل لے کر اس میں کوفتے فرائی کر لیں۔اب چھ کھانے کے چمچ آئل لے کر اس میں ہری پیاز چوپ کی ہوئی لہسن ادرک اور ٹماٹو پیوری اور تمام مصالحہ ڈال کر بھونیں اور ہلکا سا پانی ڈال کر کوفتے ڈآل دیں اور پانچ منٹ دم دے کر پیش کر یں ۔
