براﺅن شوگر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی کالی مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

چکن کے ٹکڑوں پر چلی سوس، سویا سوس ، کٹی لال مرچ، براﺅن شوگر ، کٹی کالی مرچ،ادرک لسہن کا پیسٹ اور چائنیز نمک ڈال کر ایک گھنٹہ کے لئے چھوڑ دیں۔
اب کارن فلوراور میدے کو مکس کرکے اسے کوٹنگ کریںاور ٹھنڈے پانی میں ڈالیں۔
اب دوبارہ میدے اور کارن فلور کے آمیزے کی کوٹنگ کرکے حسبِ ضرورت گرم تیل میں ڈیپ فرائی کریں۔
