دودھ ----- آدھا کلو
چینی ------ ڈیڑھ پیالی
نیشنل کسٹرڈ پاؤڈر ---- تین سے چار کھانے کے چمچ
کریم ------ ایک پیکٹ
پنچ کینڈی ----- حسب ضرورت (کرنچ کے لیے)

ترکیب:

چینی کو بغیر پانی کے پین میں ڈال کر پکائیں کہ چینی میٹ ہوجائے اور گولڈن سیرپ تبدیل ہوجائے تو دودھ ڈال کر جلدی جلدی چمچ چلائیں-
نیشنل کسٹرڈ پاؤڈر الگ پانی میں یا دودھ میں مکس کرلیں- دودھ میں شامل کر کے کسٹرڈ تیار کرلیں- ٹھنڈا کر کے کریم شامل کرلیں اور فریج میں رکھ دیں-
جب یہ آمیزہ جم جائے تو اوپر اس کے پنچ کینڈی ٹوفی کا چورا کر کے ڈال دیں اور مزیدار کیرمل کسٹرڈ کا مزا لیں-
