اجزاء:
میدہ ---- دو کپ
چینی ---- ایک کپ
انڈے ---- چار عدد
بیکنگ پاؤڈر ---- دو کھانے کے چمچ
مکھن یا تیل ----- ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
فریش کریم ---- دو سو پچاس ملی لیٹر
آئسنگ شوگر ----- آٹھ کھانے کے چمچ
اسٹرابیری ---- دو سو پچاس گرام
جوس ---- ایک کپ

ترکیب:

میدے میں بیکنگ پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کریں- انڈے کو اچھی طرح پھینٹیے پھر اس میں چینی ڈال کر پھینٹیں تیل یا مکھن ڈال کر مکس کریں اور 180 ڈگری پر بیک کرلیں- جب کیک بیک ہو جائے تو اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کر کے ان پر جوس ڈال کر مکس کریں اب کریم میں آئسنگ شوگر ڈال کر مکس کریں اور کیک میں ڈالیں ساتھ ہی اسٹرابیری کٹ کر کے ڈالیں اور کسی پین میں یہ مکسچر ڈال کر ٹھنڈا کر کے پلیٹ پر اوور ٹرن کریں اور کریم سے آراستہ کر کے پیش کریں-
