پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک۔۔۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی ہلدی۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
ہرا دھنیا(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔۔1/2 گڈی
ہری مرچیں(چوہ کی ہوئی)۔۔3 عدد
پنیر(کدوش)۔۔۔ایک پیالی
پسا ہوا ناریل۔۔۔ایک پیالی
نمک۔۔۔۔ حسب زائقہ
تیل۔۔۔۔ایک پیالی

پسا ہوا ٹماٹر۔۔۔ایک پیالی
دہی(پھینٹی ہوئی)۔۔۔ایک پیالی
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ۔۔۔1/2 کھانےکا چمچے
پسی ہوئی ہلدی۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
پسا ہوا گرم مصالہ۔۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
پسا ہوا زیرہ۔۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک۔۔۔۔2 کھانے کے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

بیسن میں لہسن، ادرک ہلدی لیموںتیل دودہ اور نمک ملا لیں۔ آمیزے کو ہلکی آنچ پر گاڑھا ہونے تک پکائیں۔ اس میں منیر، ناریل ہرا دھنیا اور ہری مرچیں ملا کر اتار لیں۔ ایک ٹرے کو چکنا کریں اور بیسن کا آمیزہ اس پر ڈال دیں۔ جب ٹھنڈا ہوجائے تو اس کے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔ سالن بنانے کے لئے دیگچی میں تیل گرم کر کے پیاز سنہری کرلیں، پھر لہسن ڈال کر 2 منٹ تک بھونیں، اس میں باقی تمام اجزاء ڈال کر تیل اوپر آنے تک بھونیں، پھر کھنڈویاں شامل کرکے ملالیں اور ڈش میں نکال دیں۔ پزیدار کھنڈویاں ہرے دھنیے سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
