ترکیب:

ایک کلو چکن کے ٹکڑوں کو ایک کپ دہی ،ایک کھانے کا چمچہ چینی ،دو کھانے کے چمچے ادرک لہسن اور آدھا چائے کاچمچہ نمک کے ساتھ میرینیٹ کر کے چار گھنٹے کے لئے چھوڑ دیں ۔اب 1/4کپ تیل گرم کریں اس مین ایک عدد بڑی پیاز فرائی کریں ،یہاں تک کہ وہ نرم اور کافی لائٹ گولڈن ہوجائے ۔پھر اس مین ایک چائے ایک چائے کا چمچہ مکس ژابت گرم مصالحہ ،پندرہ عدد ژابت لال مرچاور میرینیٹ کی ہوئی چکن ڈال کر اچھی طرح فرائی کریں ،یہاں تک کہ چکن ہلکی آ نچ پر دس منٹ کے لئے گولڈن ہوجا ئے ۔پھر اس میں میرینیشن شامل کر کے ڈھکیں اور اتنا پکائیں کہ وہ تیار ہو جائے ۔
