فریش کریم ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو پیکٹ
ٹوسٹڈ بادام ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
کسٹرڈ کے اجزائ:
دودھ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار کپ
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آٹھ کھانے کے چمچے
ونیلا کسٹرڈ پاوڈر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
کنڈینسڈ ملک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچے
بیک پارلر کلر سویاں ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پیکٹ (100)

ترکیب:

200گرام خوبانیوں کو کو دو گھنٹے کے لئے بگھو دیں ۔اب ان کے بیج نکال کر 1/4 کپ پانی میں پندرہ منٹ کے لئے پکائیں ،یہاں تک کہ وہ نرم ہو جائیں ۔اب انہیں ایک طرف رکھ دیں ۔چار کپ دودھ اور آٹھ کھانے کے چمچے چینی کے ساتھ کسٹرڈ بنالیں ،یہاں تک کہ وہ ابلنے لگے ۔پھر اس میں تین کھانے کے چمچے ونیلا کسٹرڈ پاوڈر کو 1/4 کپ ٹھنڈا دودھ شامل کریں ۔ساتھ ہی اس میں ایک پیکٹ بیک پارلرکلر سویاں ڈال کر چمچہ چلاتے رہیں ،یہاں تک کہ وہ گاڑھا ہو جائے ۔اب اسے نکال کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں ۔ایک سرونگ ڈش میں دو کپ بسکٹس کا چورا ڈالیں اب اس کے اوپر چار کھانے کے چمچے کنڈینسڈ ملک اور کسٹرڈ کی لئیر ڈالیں ۔پھر اس پر 200 گرام خوبانیاں ڈالیں اور دو پیکٹ فریش کریم کی لئیر دیں ۔خر میں تین کھانے کے چمچے ٹوسٹڈ بادام سے گارنش کر کے ٹھنڈا سرو کریں ۔
