الیکٹرک بیٹر کی مدد سے انڈوں کو اچھی طرح سے پھینٹ لیں۔ دیگچی میں گھی گرم کریں اور الائچیاں توڑ کر ڈالیں۔ جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو سُوجی ڈال کر خوشبو آنے تک بھُونیں ۔ اس میں دودھ ڈال کر5منٹ تک پکائیں۔سُوجی نرم ہوجائے تو چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے انڈے، کھانے کا پیلا رنگ اور چینی شامل کردیں۔ جب گھی حلوے سے الگ نظر آنے لگے تو ڈش میں نکال کر بادام، پستے اور چاندی کے ورق سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔

This is the easiest halwa recipe I have ever tried. Ando ka halwa was very delicious and mouthwatering. I just added a few drops of kewra into it to make it more traditional and it really was amazing.

I have been very skeptical about making a recipe purely out of eggs because it would just smell like eggs but I was very wrong. Ando ka halwa gives out a very sweet aroma that has an unmatchable taste. I always make sure to make it for my mother because she loves eggs.
