نمک------------------ حسبِ ذوق
شملہ مرچ------------- 2عدد
ہری پیاز-------------- 4عدد
بیف بوٹی------------- 1/2کلو
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ----- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
تیل------------------- 1/2کپ
کٹا لہسن-------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ٹماٹر----------------- 2عدد
سونف--------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
رائی---------------- 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
کلونجی------------- 1/4چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

بیف بوٹی اور ادرک لہسن کے پیسٹ کو اتنا اُبال لیںکہ وہ گل جائیں۔
اسکے بعد گرم تیل میں فرائی کرلیں۔
اب اس میں کٹا لہسن،ٹماٹر،سونف، رائی کلونجی، زیرہ،اجوائن،کٹی لال مرچ،ہلدی اور نمک شامل کرکے فرائی کریں۔
اُتارنے سے پہلے شملہ مرچ اور ہری پیازڈال کرمکس کرکے سرو کریں۔
