اس نسخے کو بنانے کے لیے درج ذیل اجزاء درکار ہیں۔

ادرک کا رس ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچ
کلونجی کا تیل ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ چائے کا چمچ
شہد ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ذائقے کے لیے
نیم گرم پانی میں تمام اجزاء شامل کرکے مکس کرلیں
روزانہ خالی پیٹ صبح و شام یہ ڈرنک استعمال کریں۔
اس کے علاوہ جب بھی آٹا گوندھیں تو دوحصے گندم کے آٹے میں ایک حصہ جو ء کا آٹا شامل کرکے گوندھ لیں ۔
اس آٹے کی روٹی مستقل استعمال کریں ۔

In order to lose weight and keep it off you must adapt good eating habits. You have to stay away from fried foods and foods that have a lot of fat. Carbohydrates, also known as carbs, should be kept at a minimum. They provide bulk and are hard to break down. This makes them more difficult to burn or get rid of. The most important step in losing weight is exercise. Eating healthy will only keep you from getting fat, but exercise is what allows you to lose the weight.
