لاکھ دانہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔پچا س گرام
کلونجی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔پچاس گرام
اجوائن کے پتے ۔۔۔۔پچاس گرام
طریقہ :
تمام اجزاءکو اچھی طرح سے مکس کرلیں اور روزانہ ایک چائے کا چمچ کھالیں صبح نہار منہ یعنی ناشتے سے پہلے ۔

Method:
