INGREDIENTS:

Beef Mince ½ kg
Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Egg 1
Bread SlIces 2
Green Chilies 6
Sesame Seeds (roasted) ½ cup
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 Tsp
Seekh Kabab Masala 2 tbsp
Salt to taste


How to make Till kay Kabab



METHOD:

1. Make a paste with green Chili and green Coriander.
2. Chop together beef and bread slices and 2 tbsp seekh kabab Masala.
3. Add in chopped Mixture, egg. Crushed Black Pepper, salt. Sesame seeds and mix it.
4. Make kabab.
5. Shallow fry them till golden brown.
6. Till kay Kabab by Zubaida Tariq is ready to serve with parathas.
