Chicken mince ½ kg
Egg 1
Refined flour ½ cups
Thai chilli paste 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Spring onion 2
Ginger 1tsp
Garlic 1tsp
Fresh coriander 4tbsp
Oil as required

How to make Thai chilli cake

METHOD:

• Mix well mince, ginger, garlic, coriander, that chilli paste, chilli sauce, egg spring onion and flour in a bowl. After that make into small ball. Then spread on an even surface and cut into round shape with the help of a cutter, cut circle out of it then warn oil in a pan; fry cakes from both sides and remove on absorbent paper.
