Ingredients

Milk 4 cup
Sweet potatoes 2
Sugar 1 cup
Yellow color 1 pinch
Vermicelli 2 tbsp (crushed)
Condensed milk 1 cup
Currants ¼ cup
Pistachio and almonds (crushed) for garnished

How to make Sweet potato Kheer

METHOD:

• Boil sweet potatoes with skin, peel and mash.
• Blend in blender with milk, sieve the mixture.
• Fry vermicelli in a pot, add remaining milk cook.
• Add sugar and yellow food color when vermicelli becomes tender.
• Add sweet potato mixture when sugar dissolves, cook till mixture thickens.
• Remove from flame.
• Mix currants and condensed milk in the hot kheer.
• Pour sweet potato kheer in a bowl, garnish with almonds and pistachios.
• Now Serve.
