Pan Fry Fish 1/2 kg
Chilli sauce 4 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Worcester Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper 1 tsp

How to make Sweet And Sour Baked Fish

METHOD:

1.Cut spring onion and put in a bowl.
2.In this bowl add fish, salt, black pepper, vinegar, worcester sauce, ketchup and chilli sauce.
3.Mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
4.Bake on 200C for 30 minutes.

Note: Cooking Time: 55-65 minuts, Serving: 2-3 persons
