Ingredients
shrimps chopped 1 cup
carrots sliced 1 cup
eggs beaten 1 or 2
cabbage julliene 1 cup
salt to taste
capsicum finely chopped 1
black pepper 1/2 tsp
fish sauce 1 tbsp
soya sauce 1 tbsp
chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
roll patti 1 dozen
How to make Shrimp Spring Rolls

METHOD:

Heat oil in a pan and cook the beaten eggs. Add the shrimps and fry for a while.
Now add all the other ingredients and seasoning and cook for a minute.
Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
Stuff the filling in roll patti and secure the corners with water.
Deep fry in oil. Serve with ketchup.
